MEET OUR TRADE MANAGER
David may have been introduced to whisky at teething age, but his real whisky journey only began last year. After working in hospitality across Italy, London, and Dubai, he's back in his hometown combining a growing passion for whisky with a talent for great service.
Known for his boldly patterned shirts and love of leopard print, David is hard to miss. We recommend sunglasses when approaching him - but rest assured, his drinks knowledge shines even brighter than his wardrobe.
